Appointment Policy
Custom Fragrance Experience at NEEX; Creating a signature scent is a personal art. To ensure the best experience for every guest, please review our appointment guidelines below:
Booking & Payment;Â To reserve your session, full payment of the appointment fee is required at booking. This fee secures your time with our perfumer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling; You may reschedule or cancel "once" if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in the fee being forfeited. (notify us at info@neex.ca)
Arrival ; Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin your fragrance journey on time. If you're late, your session may be shortened to respect clients after you.
Your appointment includes:
• Personalized fragrance making experience by Parsa Moore in 45 minutes
• Creation of your 100 ml signature perfume + Bottle engraving
• Certificate Recording your fragrance formula for future re-orders
 Guests; To maintain a focused olfactory space, sessions are for the booked client only.
