Shipping policy

We process your orders within two business days. For handmade items, this may take 5-7 business days. 

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout, depending on the location of delivery.

It takes around 5-7 days for our regular product packages, but at most, it will take 2 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. For handmade and customized items, it may take up to a month, depending on the order.

We deliver the products through UPS and local post offices.

You have 48 hours (2 days) to cancel your order or change your shipping address. But after that, you cannot cancel the order, because it’s already headed your way. So once that window closes, you cannot cancel the order for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

  • Shipping Delays
  • Change of Address

International Duties

All international shipping orders need to pay duty fees at checkout. The costs are calculated according to the receiving address. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perfumes, personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards.
