Dark Proof
Parfum de NEEX – Inspired by Penhaligon's A Balm of Calm
Perfect for: Moments of self-reflection, quiet evenings, and those seeking a sophisticated, therapeutic aromatic experience.
Longevity: 8–10 hours | Projection: Smooth & Serene
Dark Proof is a masterclass in olfactory tranquility, capturing the soothing yet complex nature of the British countryside, inspired by Penhaligon's Balm of Calm. It opens with a gentle, aromatic wave of lavender and spicy cardamom, immediately grounding the senses. The heart introduces a surprising "clearwood" accord and geranium, providing a clean, slightly earthy texture. As it settles, the fragrance reveals a creamy, comforting base of sandalwood, oakwood, and a touch of iris, creating a "hugging" sensation that is both incredibly refined and profoundly relaxing.
Top Notes: Lavender, Cardamom, Clary Sage – aromatic, herbal, and calming.
Heart Notes: Geranium, Clearwood, Iris – clean, earthy, and powdery.
Base Notes: Sandalwood, Oakwood, Vetiver – creamy, woody, and soulful.
Dark Proof is a fragrance of inner peace—aromatic, woody, and impeccably smooth.
